We simplify your Masquerade Mask purchase with Fast Mask Delivery to Most Metro Areas Overnight with Australia Post. All orders placed before 2.30 e.s.t. are shipped the same day which will deliver your mask the next day if you live in any metropolitan city or CBD Perth.
Your Delivery Address
Please complete your address details carefully without abbreviation so that your package can be delivered efficiently.
If you are not likely to be home, we suggest you supply a work address which includes the name of your employer and any Level or Suite number that is needed and advise the receptionist that the delivery is coming.
Will You be Home to Receive Your Order
If you are not home when delivery is attempted it is most likely that your order will be left at the door. If you do not believe this is safe, please advise us that you require the item to be carded to Post Office.
Note: this may mean that your delivery will take an extra day if you are not home and then you will need to collect your item from the Post Office. We usually encourage a work address for deliveries that may be complicated as we really prefer your mask to arrive the next day without complications.
We keep you up to date via Pay Pal, Text or Email with Tracking numbers that can also be used on the Australia Post Track Your Item page.
Masquerade Masks Online is not responsible for delivery problems as we don’t delay in shipping your item to you, however if your item does not arrive in time and you do not want it please refuse delivery and Australia Post will return it to us.
If you change your mind and the mask is in good order you can return it for a refund excluding $10.00 which in part compensates us for the freight and handling.
If we have made an error with the address or the wrong item is sent then we will negotiate compensation with you.

Refunds
Naturally, we accept returns for masks that are not suitable. If exchanged give you the full value of the purchase and post to select an alternative.
If you have any concerns, please call me on 0412 658 696 and we will offer you a suitable solution.
If you do not select an alternative mask, we with-hold $10.00 per order to cover Freight and handling. You would be required to arrange and if necessary pay for the Registered Post return of the Mask at your own cost.
Naturally, we do not refund on items until they are returned to our possession. Returned items must be in original condition, not worn & packaged with care in a strong box.
If you mask is lost in transit there will be a full refund to you as long as Australia Post confirms this loss via their tracking system.
We check all items twice before dispatch to ensure that they are in perfect condition and we box every order with great care to ensure that there is no damage done during transit.
